Ingredients
- 2 pounds chicken breasts
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1 packet ranch dressing mix
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a slow cooker, add the chicken breasts and sprinkle with ranch dressing mix.
- Top with cream cheese and set on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Once cooked, shred the chicken with two forks.
- Stir in the cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, and green onions.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm.
