Description

A hearty and delicious low carb beef stroganoff casserole that delivers all the flavor without the carbs.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 2 cups cauliflower rice
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
  3. Add your diced onion and mushrooms to the skillet, stirring until onions become translucent.
  4. Toss in minced garlic and Worcestershire sauce, cooking for about a minute.
