Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 2 cups cauliflower rice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- Add your diced onion and mushrooms to the skillet, stirring until onions become translucent.
- Toss in minced garlic and Worcestershire sauce, cooking for about a minute.
- Pour in the beef broth and simmer for a few minutes.
- Reduce heat and stir in the sour cream and shredded cheese.
- Add the cauliflower rice and season with salt and pepper, mixing well.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, until bubbling.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For alternatives, Greek yogurt can replace sour cream, and ground turkey can substitute beef. Avoid rushing the browning step for maximum flavor.
