Description

An easy, indulgent dish featuring crispy Parmesan crusted chicken breasts, perfect for impressing family and friends without the fuss.

Ingredients

  • 4 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Black pepper
  • ½ tsp Garlic powder
  • ½ tsp Paprika
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • ½ cup Shredded mozzarella cheese (optional)
  • ½ cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup Ranch dressing
  • ¼ cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 Garlic cloves (minced)
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • ¼ tsp Red pepper flakes (optional)
  • ½ cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup Grated Parmesan cheese (additional)
  • 2 tbsp Unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 tbsp Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Pat the chicken breasts dry and season both sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  2. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  3. Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken breasts for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  4. In a bowl, mix together grated Parmesan, ranch dressing, mayonnaise, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes.
  5. In another bowl, combine Panko breadcrumbs with melted butter and remaining grated Parmesan.
  6. Spread the Parmesan topping over the chicken and sprinkle with the Panko mixture. Bake for about 20 minutes or until cooked through and topping is golden brown.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve.

Notes

Ensure the chicken is cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F. For an alternative to mayonnaise, Greek yogurt can be used.
