Ingredients
- 1 cup warm water
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 teaspoons dry yeast
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions
- Combine warm water, sugar, and dry yeast in a bowl; let sit for 5 to 10 minutes until frothy.
- In a mixing bowl, add flour and salt; incorporate yeast mixture and oil, then mix until combined.
- Knead dough on a clean surface until smooth and elastic.
- Cover the dough with a towel and let it rise in a warm area for 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
- Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (350°F).
- Punch down the risen dough, divide it into small portions, and shape into discs about 0.5 inches thick.
- Air fry the discs in a single layer for 8 to 10 minutes until golden brown.
