Description

Easy and guilt-free air-fried langos, a beloved Hungarian flatbread, perfect for customizing with your favorite toppings.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup warm water
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 teaspoons dry yeast
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil


Instructions

  1. Combine warm water, sugar, and dry yeast in a bowl; let sit for 5 to 10 minutes until frothy.
  2. In a mixing bowl, add flour and salt; incorporate yeast mixture and oil, then mix until combined.
  3. Knead dough on a clean surface until smooth and elastic.
  4. Cover the dough with a towel and let it rise in a warm area for 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
  5. Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (350°F).
  6. Punch down the risen dough, divide it into small portions, and shape into discs about 0.5 inches thick.
  7. Air fry the discs in a single layer for 8 to 10 minutes until golden brown.
