Ingredients

- 1 cup cheese (cheddar or provolone)
- 1 green bell pepper (sliced)
- 1 onion (sliced)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Low carb wraps or oopsie bread
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add sliced onions and green peppers, sauté until softened (about 5–7 minutes).
- Add the thinly sliced beef and cook until browned, adding garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Remove from heat, stir in cheese until melted.
- Fill low carb wraps or oopsie bread with the beef and cheese mixture.
