Description

A simple, delicious, keto-friendly beef stroganoff made in a crockpot, perfect for lazy cooking without sacrificing flavor.


Ingredients

  • 2 lbs beef stew meat
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil


Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and garlic and sauté until softened.
  2. Transfer the sautéed mixture to the crockpot.
  3. Add the beef stew meat, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, salt, and pepper to the crockpot.
