Ingredients
- 3 large eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1/4 cup shredded cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray or oil
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- Whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Stir in the diced bell peppers, onions, and cheese.
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray or lightly oil it.
- Pour the egg mixture into the basket, spreading it out evenly.
- Cook for about 8-10 minutes until the omelette is set and lightly golden.
- Carefully remove the omelette, let it cool for a minute, then slice and serve.
