Ingredients
- 1 package of little smokies
- 1 cup honey
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- Toothpicks for serving
Instructions
- In a slow cooker, combine honey, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.
- Add the little smokies to the slow cooker and stir to coat them in the sauce.
- Cover and cook on low for 120-180 minutes or until heated through. Alternatively, in a large skillet over medium heat, combine the same ingredients and add the little smokies. Cook, stirring occasionally, until heated through.
- Serve with toothpicks.
Notes
For a deeper flavor, add a splash of rice vinegar. Adjust sweetness by reducing honey if desired.
