Description

Sweet and savory bite-sized treats perfect for gatherings or cozy family dinners.

Ingredients

  • 1 package of little smokies
  • 1 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • Toothpicks for serving

Instructions

  1. In a slow cooker, combine honey, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.
  2. Add the little smokies to the slow cooker and stir to coat them in the sauce.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 120-180 minutes or until heated through. Alternatively, in a large skillet over medium heat, combine the same ingredients and add the little smokies. Cook, stirring occasionally, until heated through.
  4. Serve with toothpicks.

Notes

For a deeper flavor, add a splash of rice vinegar. Adjust sweetness by reducing honey if desired.
