Ingredients

  • 2 large chicken breasts
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey


Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add a dash of oil. Sear the chicken breasts for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove from the skillet.
  2. In the same skillet, sauté the minced garlic for about a minute until fragrant. Add the soy sauce and honey, whisking together, and simmer for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  3. Return the chicken breasts to the pan, coating them in the sauce and cooking for an additional 5 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
