Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs beef stew meat
- 2 cups diced potatoes
- 1/2 cup garlic butter
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Gather all the ingredients to set the stage for cooking.
- Layer diced potatoes at the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Add beef stew meat on top of the potatoes.
- In a separate bowl, mix garlic butter, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, salt, and pepper until combined.
