  • 1.5 pounds beef stew meat
  • 4 medium potatoes, cubed
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish


Instructions
