Description

Crispy and tender hassleback potatoes, elegantly sliced for a deliciously impressive side dish.


Ingredients

  • 4 medium-sized potatoes
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Optional toppings: shredded cheese, fresh herbs, roasted garlic


Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and dry the potatoes.
  3. Thinly slice the potatoes without cutting all the way through, leaving about 1/4 inch intact.
  4. Brush the potatoes with olive oil, making sure to get it between the slices.
  5. Season with salt and pepper, ensuring some gets into the crevices.
  6. Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket and cook for 25-30 minutes, checking halfway through.
  7. If using, add cheese or other toppings during the last few minutes of cooking.
  8. Serve hot, drizzling with olive oil or sprinkling with herbs before serving.
