Description

A comforting, one-skillet meal that combines ground beef, creamy mushroom soup, and fresh ingredients for a quick and satisfying dinner.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Egg noodles or rice for serving
  • Parsley for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add chopped onion and garlic to the skillet and sauté until the onion is translucent.
  3. Stir in the cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well and bring to a simmer.
