A comforting, one-skillet meal that combines ground beef, creamy mushroom soup, and fresh ingredients for a quick and satisfying dinner.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup sour cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Egg noodles or rice for serving
- Parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add chopped onion and garlic to the skillet and sauté until the onion is translucent.
- Stir in the cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well and bring to a simmer.
- Reduce heat and add sour cream, stirring until combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve over cooked egg noodles or rice. Garnish with parsley if desired.
Notes
For a healthier option, use ground turkey or chicken. You can replace sour cream with Greek yogurt if desired.
