Ingredients

  • 2 cups diced ham
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup shredded chicken
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the diced ham, cooked rice, broccoli, shredded chicken, and half of the cheddar cheese.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together the cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the soup mixture over the ham and rice mixture, stirring until well combined.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  8. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  9. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

For best results, use quality leftover ham and let the casserole cool slightly before cutting into it to improve consistency.
