Spooktacular Halloween nachos that are easy to make and perfect for a festive gathering.
Ingredients
- Tortilla chips
- Shredded cheese (cheddar or a blend)
- Black olives (sliced)
- Jalapeños (sliced, seeds removed)
- Guacamole
- Sour cream
- Salsa
- Any other Halloween-themed toppings (e.g., pumpkin-shaped cheese or food coloring)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- On a large baking sheet, arrange a generous layer of tortilla chips.
- Sprinkle a generous amount of shredded cheese over the tortilla chips.
- Scatter sliced black olives and jalapeños over the cheese and chips.
- Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for about 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is fully melted and bubbling.
- Once out of the oven, drizzle guacamole and sour cream over the nachos and serve with salsa on the side.
- Add any additional toppings and serve hot.
Notes
Choose sturdy tortilla chips to prevent breaking, and layer cheese evenly to avoid sogginess.
