Colorful and playful Halloween Eyeball Jello Shots made with strawberry jello and vodka, topped with candy eyeballs for a spooky touch.
Ingredients
- 1 Box strawberry jello (3 ounce package)
- ¾ Cup vodka (red berry flavor)
- 1¼ Cups boiling water
- 9 bloodshot eye candies
Instructions
- Stir the jello and boiling water in a large measuring cup until dissolved.
- Stir in the red berry vodka.
- Fill the shot glasses while leaving just a little room at the top to prevent spillage.
- Refrigerate the shots for about 120 minutes or until they are completely set.
- Before serving, add a candy eyeball on top of each shot.
Notes
Store leftover jello shots in the refrigerator covered with plastic wrap. Best enjoyed within 2 to 3 days.
