Ingredients
- Cake (prepared and cooled)
- Candy melts (red and white)
- Fondant (white and black)
- Lollipop sticks
- Ribbon for wrapping
- Optional food coloring
Instructions
- Crumble the cooled cake into a large bowl and mix with frosting until fully combined, achieving a moist yet firm texture.
- Form the cake mixture into small balls resembling eyeballs and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Insert lollipop sticks into each cake ball, ensuring they are firmly in place.
- Melt the white candy melts according to the package instructions, dip each cake ball in the white candy to coat fully, and allow them to set on a clean baking sheet.
- Drizzle or splatter the red candy melts onto the white-coated cake balls for a bloody effect.
- Roll small pieces of white fondant for the eyeball’s sclera and tiny black pieces for the pupils.
- Attach the fondant pieces to the coated cake pops.
- Allow the cake pops to set fully before packaging individually in clear wrapping tied with a ribbon.
