Description

Tasty and protein-packed ground chicken meatballs that kids will love. Perfect for family meals and easy to customize with dips or sauces.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (for greasing the baking sheet)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a baking sheet with olive oil.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, egg, milk, garlic powder, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Mix all ingredients until well combined, being careful not to overwork the mixture.
  4. Form the mixture into small meatballs (about 1 tablespoon each) and place them evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through and lightly golden.
  6. Allow to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy with your favorite dipping sauce!

Notes

Make sure not to overmix the meatball mixture as this can make them tough. You can add finely chopped veggies or a pinch of red pepper flakes for extra flavor.
