Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 12 ounces egg noodles
Instructions
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess grease.
- Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sautéing until the onion is translucent.
- Stir in the sliced mushrooms and cook until they are tender.
- Sprinkle the flour over the mixture and stir to combine.
- Gradually add the beef broth, stirring constantly until the sauce thickens.
- Reduce the heat and mix in the Worcestershire sauce and sour cream.
