Description
A quick and creamy Ground Beef Stroganoff that’s perfect for satisfying cravings without a lot of time in the kitchen.
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 ounces egg noodles
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Toss in the onions and garlic. Sauté until translucent.
- Add the ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess grease if necessary.
- Add the mushrooms and cook until softened.
- Pour in beef broth and add Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper; simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Lower heat and stir in sour cream until combined.
- In another pot, cook egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and add to the beef mixture.
- Stir well and serve hot, garnished with parsley.
Notes
You can substitute mushrooms with bell peppers or zucchini, and sour cream with Greek yogurt if needed.
