Description

A quick and creamy Ground Beef Stroganoff that’s perfect for satisfying cravings without a lot of time in the kitchen.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 ounces egg noodles
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Chopped parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Toss in the onions and garlic. Sauté until translucent.
  2. Add the ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess grease if necessary.
  3. Add the mushrooms and cook until softened.
  4. Pour in beef broth and add Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper; simmer for about 5 minutes.
  5. Lower heat and stir in sour cream until combined.
  6. In another pot, cook egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and add to the beef mixture.
  7. Stir well and serve hot, garnished with parsley.

Notes

You can substitute mushrooms with bell peppers or zucchini, and sour cream with Greek yogurt if needed.
