Description

A rich and creamy ground beef stroganoff served over egg noodles, perfect for a hearty weeknight meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 packet gravy mix
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 8 ounces egg noodles
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. Cook the egg noodles according to the package instructions. Once cooked, drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat, draining any excess fat.
  3. Stir in the gravy mix, cream of mushroom soup, and beef broth until well combined.
  4. Bring the mixture to a simmer, then stir in the sour cream, heating through gently.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve the beef stroganoff over the egg noodles, garnished with chopped parsley.

Notes
