A rich and creamy ground beef stroganoff served over egg noodles, perfect for a hearty weeknight meal.
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 packet gravy mix
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup beef broth
- 8 ounces egg noodles
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the egg noodles according to the package instructions. Once cooked, drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat, draining any excess fat.
- Stir in the gravy mix, cream of mushroom soup, and beef broth until well combined.
- Bring the mixture to a simmer, then stir in the sour cream, heating through gently.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve the beef stroganoff over the egg noodles, garnished with chopped parsley.
Notes
For a healthier version, swap out egg noodles for zucchini noodles. Store leftovers in an airtight container for 3 to 4 days.
