  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Egg noodles or mashed potatoes for serving


Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add diced onion and sliced mushrooms to the skillet, cooking until softened.
  3. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
  4. Sprinkle flour over the mixture and stir to combine.
  5. Gradually add beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, bringing the mixture to a simmer.
  6. Once thickened, reduce heat and stir in sour cream.
