  • 1 packet gravy mix
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cups egg noodles
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
