  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Wide egg noodles or rice for serving
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain any excess fat.
  2. Add the chopped onion and garlic to the skillet and cook until softened.
