Description
A quick and delicious Ground Beef Stroganoff that brings comfort food to your table in under 30 minutes.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 1/2 cups beef broth
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 12 oz egg noodles
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil or butter
Instructions
- Heat oil or butter in a skillet over medium heat until warm.
- Cook the onion and garlic until fragrant, about 2-3 minutes.
- Add ground beef and brown it, breaking it up with a spatula.
- Stir in sliced mushrooms and cook until tender, about 3-4 minutes.
- Pour in beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and Dijon mustard; stir and bring to a simmer.
- Lower heat and mix in sour cream; season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve over cooked egg noodles and enjoy!
