Description

A quick and delicious Ground Beef Stroganoff that brings comfort food to your table in under 30 minutes.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 1/2 cups beef broth
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 12 oz egg noodles
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or butter


Instructions

  1. Heat oil or butter in a skillet over medium heat until warm.
  2. Cook the onion and garlic until fragrant, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add ground beef and brown it, breaking it up with a spatula.
  4. Stir in sliced mushrooms and cook until tender, about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Pour in beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and Dijon mustard; stir and bring to a simmer.
  6. Lower heat and mix in sour cream; season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve over cooked egg noodles and enjoy!
