A delicious fusion of classic grilled cheese and burrito flavors, packed with gooey cheese and hearty fillings.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup cooked white rice
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup nacho cheese sauce
  • 1/4 cup chipotle sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • Butter or oil for grilling

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat for 8–10 minutes and drain excess grease.
  2. Add taco seasoning and a quarter cup of water to the beef, and simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Warm the tortillas on a dry skillet or in the microwave until flexible.
  4. Assemble the burrito by layering rice, beef mixture, nacho cheese, chipotle sauce, sour cream, and shredded cheeses.
  5. Grill the burrito seam-side down in a skillet for 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
