Description

A delicious fusion of grilled cheese and burrito, packed with flavorful ingredients and perfect for a cozy meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup cooked white rice
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup nacho cheese sauce
  • 1/4 cup chipotle sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • Butter or oil for grilling

Instructions

  1. Cook the beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned, then drain excess grease. Add taco seasoning and 1/4 cup water, simmer for 5 minutes.
  2. Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave for a few seconds.
  3. Lay a warm tortilla flat and layer rice, seasoned beef, nacho cheese, chipotle sauce, sour cream, and both cheeses.
  4. Heat a skillet and sprinkle 2 tablespoons of shredded cheese in the pan. Place the burrito seam-side down and grill for 3-4 minutes until crispy. Flip and repeat on the other side.

Notes

Customize with your favorite ingredients, like swapping ground beef for chicken or adding veggies. Always warm tortillas for easier rolling.
