Description
Juicy grilled beef tacos filled with marinated flank steak, topped with fresh herbs and a splash of lime.
Ingredients
- 1 lb flank steak
- 8 small tortillas
- 1 cup fresh cilantro
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1 lime
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp cumin
Instructions
- Marinate the flank steak in olive oil, garlic, cumin, salt, and pepper for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to high heat.
- Grill the steak for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until cooked to your liking.
- Remove the steak from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing thinly against the grain.
- Warm the tortillas on the grill for about 30 seconds on each side.
- Assemble the tacos by placing sliced steak onto each tortilla and topping with fresh cilantro and diced onions. Squeeze lime over the top.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
For added flavor, consider using a mesquite or hickory charcoal grill.
