Instructions
- In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, balsamic vinegar, garlic, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, honey, rosemary, black pepper, and sea salt to create the marinade.
- Place your chosen steak in a resealable bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over, ensuring even coverage.
- Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 4 hours.
- Remove the steak from the fridge and let it rest for 30 minutes at room temperature.
