Ingredients
- 1 pound carrots, peeled and cut into sticks
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the melted butter, brown sugar, honey, salt, and pepper.
- Add the carrot sticks to the bowl and toss until they are well coated.
- Spread the carrots in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until tender and caramelized, stirring halfway through.
- Remove from oven and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
Store leftover glazed carrots in an airtight container for 3-4 days. They can also be frozen for up to 2 months.
