Description
A quick and flavorful dish featuring shrimp coated in garlic and Parmesan, cooked to crispy perfection in the air fryer.
Ingredients
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Thaw the shrimp if frozen, remove shells, and pat dry.
- Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a small pan and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- In a bowl, mix Parmesan, panko, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add sautéed garlic and lemon juice.
- In a mixing bowl, coat shrimp with remaining olive oil.
- Coat each shrimp in the Parmesan-panko mixture.
- Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F).
- Arrange shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer and cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and lemon juice before serving.
Notes
Use large shrimp for better texture and flavor. Fresh ingredients yield the best results.
