Description

A quick and flavorful dish featuring shrimp coated in garlic and Parmesan, cooked to crispy perfection in the air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Fresh parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. Thaw the shrimp if frozen, remove shells, and pat dry.
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a small pan and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  3. In a bowl, mix Parmesan, panko, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add sautéed garlic and lemon juice.
  4. In a mixing bowl, coat shrimp with remaining olive oil.
  5. Coat each shrimp in the Parmesan-panko mixture.
  6. Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F).
  7. Arrange shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer and cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley and lemon juice before serving.

Notes

Use large shrimp for better texture and flavor. Fresh ingredients yield the best results.
