Ingredients
- 1 pound fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- Fresh parsley, finely chopped, for garnish
- Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions
- Rinse the fresh shrimp under cold water and devein them for optimal flavor and texture.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, and grated Parmesan cheese to create a marinade.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and coat the shrimp with the marinade. Place them on a parchment-lined baking tray.
- Bake shrimp for 10-12 minutes until they turn pink and opaque, avoiding overcooking.
Notes
Serve warm, garnished with parsley and lemon wedges. You can enjoy it on its own, with a side of rice, or over pasta.
