Ingredients
- 4 large potatoes
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and cut the potatoes into wedges.
- In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Toss the potato wedges in the mixture until well coated.
- Spread the wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the potato wedges.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown and crispy, flipping them halfway through.
- Optional: Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
