Description

A simple and flavorful meatloaf made with ground chicken, garlic, and parmesan cheese, perfect for a quick and delicious meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp Italian herbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (for greasing)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, parmesan cheese, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, egg, Italian herbs, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into mini loaves, about the size of your fist.
  4. Place the mini loaves on a greased baking sheet, giving them some space.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes until golden brown and cooked through (165°F/74°C internally).
  6. Serve warm with your choice of sides.

Notes

Can be made in a loaf pan, just adjust baking time. Leftovers can be frozen for up to a month.
