Description
A simple and flavorful meatloaf made with ground chicken, garlic, and parmesan cheese, perfect for a quick and delicious meal.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp Italian herbs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil (for greasing)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, parmesan cheese, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, egg, Italian herbs, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
- Shape the mixture into mini loaves, about the size of your fist.
- Place the mini loaves on a greased baking sheet, giving them some space.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes until golden brown and cooked through (165°F/74°C internally).
- Serve warm with your choice of sides.
Notes
Can be made in a loaf pan, just adjust baking time. Leftovers can be frozen for up to a month.
