Ingredients
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/4 cup milk
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, chopped parsley, egg, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and milk.
- Mix the ingredients until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture into a loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 45-55 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
