Delightful fusion of cheeseburgers and buttery biscuit dough, packed with cheesy goodness and robust garlic flavor—perfect for game day or weeknight meals.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef (80/20 fat content recommended)
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 cans refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits each)
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder for topping
Instructions
- Gather all ingredients to keep your cooking organized.
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook ground beef until browned, about 6–8 minutes. Drain excess fat and stir in garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Flatten each biscuit and spoon 1–2 tbsp of beef mixture and cheddar onto each, folding and sealing the edges.
- Place bombs on a greased baking sheet and bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
- Melt butter with garlic powder and brush it over the bombs. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan, and bake for another 2–3 minutes.
Notes
Ensure bombs are tightly sealed to avoid filling leaks. Experiment with different cheeses or add veggies for extra flavor.
