Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce (optional)
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Lemon wedges, for serving (optional)


Instructions

  1. Gather all the ingredients.
  2. Rinse the broccoli florets and fresh spinach in cold water.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Add chicken pieces to the skillet, seasoning with salt and pepper, and cook for 5 to 7 minutes until browned and cooked through.
  5. Add minced garlic to the chicken and cook for an additional 1 to 2 minutes until fragrant.
