Ingredients
- 1 lb (450 g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 300 g (10 oz) pasta (penne, fettuccine, or any type)

Instructions
- Heat up the skillet: Pour the olive oil into a large skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the chicken: Toss in the chicken and cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Garlic butter explosion: Add the butter and minced garlic to the skillet and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
- Let’s get creamy: In the same skillet, pour in the heavy cream while stirring to combine and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Cheesy goodness: Stir in the Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning, cooking for 2-3 minutes.
- Combine the magic: Add the cooked chicken back into the skillet and mix well.
- Serve it up: Cook the pasta according to package directions, drain, and mix with the sauce.
- Garnish and enjoy: Top with fresh parsley and additional Parmesan, if desired.

For a healthier option, consider using zoodles (spiralized zucchini) instead of pasta.
