A quick and easy recipe for crispy garlic butter chicken bites served with creamy parmesan pasta, perfect for any night of the week.
Ingredients
- 1 lb (450 g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 300 g (10 oz) pasta (penne, fettuccine, or your choice)

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add chicken and cook for 5-7 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- Stir in butter and minced garlic, cooking for an additional 1-2 minutes.
- Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
- Pour in heavy cream, stirring to combine, and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning, cooking for 2-3 minutes until sauce thickens.
- Cook pasta according to package instructions, drain and mix into the creamy sauce, adding cooked chicken.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Top with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
For a twist, substitute chicken with shrimp or tofu. Try using half-and-half instead of heavy cream if preferred.
