  • 1.5 pounds Beef stew meat (Cut into bite-sized pieces)
  • 1 pound Baby potatoes (Halved)
  • 4 tablespoons Unsalted butter (Melted)
  • 3 cloves Garlic (Minced)
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon Dried thyme
  • 0.5 teaspoon Dried rosemary
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt (Or to taste)
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.25 cup Beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients and cut the beef into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Optional: Parboil the baby potatoes for a few minutes.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the beef bites until browned.
  4. Combine melted butter, minced garlic, onion powder, smoked paprika, thyme, rosemary, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl.
  5. Place halved baby potatoes and seared beef in a slow cooker, pouring the garlic butter sauce over the top along with the beef broth.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or on high for 3 to 4 hours.
  7. Let the dish rest for about 10 minutes before serving.

Notes

For added flavor, consider searing the beef first. Use fresh spices for the best results.
