Description
Crispy and golden brown potato balls, perfectly fluffy on the inside, made effortlessly in your air fryer.
Ingredients
- 500g Kartoffeln (potatoes)
- 1 Ei (egg)
- 50g Mehl (flour)
- Salz und Pfeffer nach Geschmack (salt and pepper to taste)
- Öl zum Besprühen (oil for spraying)
Instructions
- Peel and boil the potatoes in salted water until soft.
- Drain and allow to cool before mashing until smooth.
- Mix mashed potatoes with egg, flour, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into one-inch balls.
- Spray the potato balls lightly with oil and preheat the air fryer to 190°C.
- Place the potato balls in the air fryer basket with space in between.
- Cook for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown, then serve warm.
Notes
Refrigerate leftovers for 3-4 days or freeze for up to 2 months. Thaw and reheat in the air fryer for a crispy texture.
