Description

Crispy and golden brown potato balls, perfectly fluffy on the inside, made effortlessly in your air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 500g Kartoffeln (potatoes)
  • 1 Ei (egg)
  • 50g Mehl (flour)
  • Salz und Pfeffer nach Geschmack (salt and pepper to taste)
  • Öl zum Besprühen (oil for spraying)


Instructions

  1. Peel and boil the potatoes in salted water until soft.
  2. Drain and allow to cool before mashing until smooth.
  3. Mix mashed potatoes with egg, flour, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  4. Shape the mixture into one-inch balls.
  5. Spray the potato balls lightly with oil and preheat the air fryer to 190°C.
  6. Place the potato balls in the air fryer basket with space in between.
  7. Cook for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown, then serve warm.

Notes

Refrigerate leftovers for 3-4 days or freeze for up to 2 months. Thaw and reheat in the air fryer for a crispy texture.
