Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 3 cups cooked egg noodles
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (Swiss or cheddar)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat and sauté the sliced onions until they are translucent and caramelized.
  3. Add the ground beef to the skillet, cooking until browned. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Stir in the cream of mushroom soup and beef broth, mixing well until combined.
