Description
Fun and spooky brownies perfect for Halloween parties, decorated to look like eyeballs.
Ingredients
- 1 box of brownie mix
- Eggs (as required by the brownie mix)
- Oil (as required by the brownie mix)
- Water (as required by the brownie mix)
- White chocolate chips or candy melts
- Red food coloring
- Mini M&Ms or gummy candies for eyeballs
Instructions
- Preheat your oven and prepare a brownie pan according to the package instructions.
- Mix the brownie ingredients as instructed on the box and pour half of the batter into the pan.
- Place white chocolate chips or candy melts on top in the shape of eyes.
- Pour the remaining brownie batter over the top.
- Bake according to the package instructions.
- Once cooled, use red food coloring to create ‘blood’ around the eyeballs.
- Place mini M&Ms or gummy candies on top as pupils.
- Cut into squares and serve at your Halloween party!
Notes
Use a parchment paper liner for easier removal. Experiment with different candies for the eyeballs.
