Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 8 oz egg noodles
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Melt the butter over medium heat in a large pan. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then cook in the pan for 5-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
- Remove the chicken and set aside. Pour the chicken broth into the pan and bring it to a boil.
- Add the egg noodles to the boiling broth and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
- Slice the chicken and return it to the pan, stirring to combine.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
