Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups egg noodles
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • Chopped parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain the excess grease.
