Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups egg noodles
- 1 cup sour cream
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain the excess grease.
- Add the chopped onion and sliced mushrooms to the skillet and cook until soft.
- Stir in the beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Bring to a simmer.
- Toss in the egg noodles and cook according to package instructions.
