Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 ounces egg noodles
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons flour
Instructions
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
- Add the chopped onions and garlic, cooking until softened.
- Stir in the mushrooms and cook until they have released their moisture.
- Sprinkle flour over the mixture and stir well.
- Gradually add beef broth, stirring constantly until thickened.
- Add Worcestershire sauce, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- In a separate pot, cook egg noodles according to package instructions.
- Once the noodles are cooked, drain and combine them with the beef mixture.
- Stir in sour cream until well mixed.
- Serve hot, garnished with parsley if desired.
