Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch pie dish or line it with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter and sugar until smooth.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla extract, whisking until well combined.
  4. Sift in cocoa powder, flour, and salt. Stir gently until just combined.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips, then spread the batter evenly in the prepared pie dish.
  6. Bake for 28–32 minutes or until the edges are set but the center remains slightly gooey.
