Ingredients
- 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch pie dish or line it with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs and vanilla extract, whisking until well combined.
- Sift in cocoa powder, flour, and salt. Stir gently until just combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips, then spread the batter evenly in the prepared pie dish.
- Bake for 28–32 minutes or until the edges are set but the center remains slightly gooey.
- Cool for 15 minutes before slicing and serving.
