Ingredients
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken thighs
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 packet ranch dressing mix
- 1 cup chicken broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: Fresh chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Place chicken thighs in the slow cooker.
- In a bowl, mix cream of mushroom soup, ranch dressing mix, and chicken broth until smooth.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken, ensuring it’s well coated.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours until chicken is tender and fully cooked.
- Serve hot, garnished with parsley if desired.
Notes
For a thicker gravy, mix cornstarch with water and stir in during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
