Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 packet fajita seasoning
  • 1 cup salsa
  • Tortillas (for serving)
  • Toppings: sour cream, cheese, avocado, or others


Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
