A simple and delicious one-pan Cowboy Butter Chicken Dinner that’s quick to prepare and packed with flavor.
Ingredients
- 4 pieces Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Salt, to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 1/2 cup Unsalted butter, divided
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
Instructions
- Pat the chicken breasts dry and season generously with salt and pepper.
- Melt half of the butter in a large skillet over medium heat until bubbly.
- Add the seasoned chicken breasts and cook for 6-7 minutes on one side until golden brown.
- Flip the chicken, add the remaining butter, garlic, parsley, and thyme, cooking for another 6-7 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Drizzle lemon juice over the chicken and let it mingle for a minute.
- Plate the chicken and spoon the buttery garlic sauce over the top.
Notes
Serve with rice, veggies, or garlic bread for a complete meal. Store leftovers in an airtight container for 3-4 days.
